The one-step polyurethane insulation pipe production line of Huashida produces small-diameter polyurethane insulation pipes with an outer diameter ranging from Φ32 to Φ426mm.

The main feature of this equipment is that multiple processes of the insulation pipe, such as extruding the outer protective pipe and injecting insulation materials, are continuously completed on the same production line, resulting in a relatively high production efficiency. It is mainly used for manufacturing polyurethane insulation pipes, etc., which can closely combine the inner pipe, insulation layer and outer protective layer of the insulation pipe.
